Single storey nursery school

205 sq m.  7 bays plus a walkway. Using PremierPlus buildings.  Single storey, permanent school building in Scotland. Completed and fitted out in 16 weeks.  Moved in Aug 07.

Contracted to Clackmannanshire District Council. The Nursery school forms part of the existing Primary School in a rural village outside Stirling. The new nursery is fully integrated with the Primary school and the modular building interfaces seamlessly with the traditionally built single storey school.

The Premier Plus Modular Building was selected by the Local Authority due to a number of key drivers. Flexibility of design and integration into both the existing building and surrounding rural landscape were critical. Through life maintenance and maximum energy efficiency were crucial measurements for the procurement process and Premier Plus provides the maximum outputs for future generations who use the building today.
