Case Studies : Richard Rose Academy

Premier Interlink have provided North Cumbria Technology College with temporary classroom facilities, while their new city centre academy is being built, within an impressive 8 week programme. All the buildings are BB100 compliant.
Mark Yearsley, who is Principle of the new Richard Rose Academy, said: “In a very short space of time we have a spacious, high quality accommodation to teach and learn in.”
The largest building is a fully fitted 58 bay 2-storey building with 18 classrooms, 2 science project rooms, staff resource rooms and toilets.
The science rooms are fully equipped and have a preparation area, acid resistant benching and gas pipes.
A 12 bay single - storey building is used as a “support village” with 4 classrooms, staff facilities and storage area.
A third 5 bay single -storey building houses an art project room and art store, changing room and toilets.
Wireless data points are positioned throughout the buildings for laptop computers.
