3-storey brick clad offices

This scheme was to provide 4 buildings of office accommodation for 200 people per building to include meeting rooms, print rooms, rest rooms, toilets and showers. 

As main contractor, Premier Interlink provided a full package including foundations, service ducts, foul and surface water drainage system and hard and soft landscaping.  The external finish of the building was clad in brickwork to blend in with surrounding buildings.  Internally, the building was fitted out with a complete IT network and all soft and hard furnishings were provided for the entire building.  We are unable to show photographs of this project for security reasons, but our client is extremely pleased with the service and product provided and is keen to work with Premier Interlink again on future building projects.
