Working together with the main contractor, Premier Interlink provided a standard PremierPlus modular building system for ancillary prison buildings with enhanced security, for the Ministry of Justice on this prison project.

Strategic Alliance Director of Wates commented: "the production of a new prison for 300 offenders in 34 weeks has been acknowledged as a major achievement.  We recognise the commitment (Waco) teams management, works, design and erection played in that and how they coped with significatn change and some difficult weather, yet still delivered to programme and budget".
