Our Facilities

At our large manufacturing facilities in Brandesburton, East Yorkshire, we have purpose built facilities where we can manufacture and deliver over 200 modules a month – in excess of 7,000 m2 of buildings per month!

Forward thinking has always been part of our ethos and we continue with significant investment in R&D to create the new standard for the industry.

Our new PremierPlus product is the most technically advanced in the marketplace – flexible in design and ‘future proof’ with superior insulation properties. Aesthetically, it’s light years ahead of other modular build schemes.  An independent assessment awarded it a 100-year structural lifespan, which is equal to or in excess of traditionally constructed buildings.
