A: Usually 12-16 weeks or even quicker if we have stock in our hire fleet.
Q: Do you just supply the building or can you do the whole project?
A: We can either provide just a building, or we can project manage a full turnkey package.
Q: Do you design and build?
A: Yes, we can provide any building to suit your needs, including a full design and build service.
Q: How many storeys high can you build?
A: Up to 5 (for PremierPlus and Interlink buildings)
Q: Can I install units on a gantry?
A: Yes, all Premier Interlink products are suitable – even cabins!
Q: What external finish/cladding can I have?
A: We can apply any external finish to our buildings – eg., brick, stone, tiles, wooden boarding, aluminium, etc
Q: Do you provide internal fittings including office furniture?
A: We can provide either fully or partly fitted buildings with whatever you need inside.
Q: How do I connect to heating, lighting and power?
A: Our buildings come fully fitted with heating, lighting and power points, and we can install and connect to any services needed.
Q: Can I have a modular building in my company colours?
A: We have a wide range of standard colours for you to choose from.
Q: Can I hire or buy buildings?
A: You can either hire or buy buildings, and they will all be built to your own requirements.
Q: Where are the buildings made?
A: They are all made in our large factory in Yorkshire.
