Premier Interlink was named as supplier of the year at the Timpson Group 2013 Awards

Premier Interlink (Waco UK Ltd) were named as the Timpson Group Supplier of the Year 2013 at the Timpson Suppliers’ Lunch held in the grounds of John Timpson’s House in Cheshire.


Modular hire

Premier Interlink offers sale and hire options. Sale is appropriate for permanent structures where capital is available. However, if capital is restricted, a long-term hire solution that could extend to several years may be the most appropriate solution.

For temporary requirements, which could be a just few months or a few years, hire is usually the most appropriate solution. Premier Interlink has one of the newest and largest modular hire fleets in the UK.



Cabins

We have a variety of cabin types, sizes and internal layouts to meet most requirements, including our new 'Waco Eco' B grade energy efficient 32ft & 40ft units. Premier Interlink cabins can be double stack or linked together and are available for both hire and sale.



The benefits of modular construction

Constructing modules off-site in a factory reduces total building completion time by up to 50% when compared to conventional ‘old-fashioned’ on-site construction methods.

The systematic and closely controlled production methods of a factory helps ensure final build quality, time scale adherence and budgetary control.

Units leave the factory with many internal fittings and services already installed, such as cabling, ready for quick assembly on a site, reducing final fit-out time.

A modular approach is also ideal where site access or operating requirements makes traditional on-site building methods impractical. Off-site construction reduces site disruption and minimises safety issues, especially important where the client's staff and visitors may continue to use areas around the building site, and where the client's operational activities need to continue without major interruption.

Premier Interlink (Waco UK Ltd) were named as the Timpson Group Supplier of the Year 2013 at the Timpson Suppliers' Lunch held in the grounds of John Timpson's House in Cheshire.

Premier Interlink were delighted to be asked to attend the lunch and to provide two of their bespoke Pods to be sited at the entrance to the Marquee used for the Suppliers' Lunch.

The highlight of the day was being named as the Timpson Group Supplier of the Year reflecting the close working relationship Premier Interlink have built with the Timpson Development Team.

Dan Allison (Business Sector Manager at Premier Interlink) was presented with the award by James Timpson (Chief Executive of the family retail business) at the end of the Suppliers' Lunch.

In 2011 Britspace was placed in administration and has ceased trading.
The intellectual property rights of Britspace, including the design rights to Britspace products, along with several key Britspace personnel, have been acquired by Premier Interlink (Waco UK Ltd), enabling us to offer an even wider range of modular solutions and to continue the successful heritage of building projects undertaken by Britspace over recent years.
