Premier Interlink offers sale and portable modular buildings hire options. Sale is appropriate for permanent structures where capital is available. However, if capital is restricted, a long-term modular building hire solution that could extend to several years may be the most appropriate solution.
Where temporary buildings are required, which could be a just few months or a few years, hire is usually the most appropriate solution. Premier Interlink has one of the newest and largest modular building hire fleets in the UK.
Constructing modules off-site in a factory reduces total building completion time by up to 50% when compared to conventional ‘old-fashioned’ on-site construction methods.
The systematic and closely controlled production methods of a factory helps ensure final build quality, time scale adherence and budgetary control.
Units leave the factory with many internal fittings and services already installed, such as cabling, ready for quick assembly on a site, reducing final fit-out time.
A modular approach is also ideal where site access or operating requirements makes traditional on-site building methods impractical. Off-site construction reduces site disruption and minimises safety issues, especially important where the client's staff and visitors may continue to use areas around the building site, and where the client's operational activities need to continue without major interruption.
Premier Interlink is one of the UK's leading exponents at delivering these benefits to our customers, through a range of innovative and cost-effective permanent or temporary modular buildings constructed using off-site techniques. From our steel-framed PremierPlus system to our cost-effective timber-framed PremierClassic, all our buildings are as stylish on the outside, as they are robust, functional, comfortable and inspiring on the inside. We create building solutions to meet customer's requirements, not just solutions that fit standard products, an approach made possible by our extensive technical, design and project management teams. We have a purpose built, modern UK factory, equipped with the latest industry technology and at the cutting edge of production methods.
Many of the projects we provide are for repeat clients, emphasising the level of customer satisfaction that we attain … 'on-time, on-budget, on-specification'.
Premier Interlink is able to work as a main contractor or sub-contractor and can also deliver turnkey project solutions. As well as permanent building sales, we also offer long-term hire solutions for restricted capital budgets, and shorter-term hire to meet temporary accommodation requirements.
We are part of the Waco International group making us part of a financially robust global organisation and progressive global force in the modular industry.

Premier Interlink (Waco UK Ltd) was invited to attend Roundhay School’s opening day for their new Primary Campus, hosted by the School’s Head teacher, Neil Clephan, staff and students.
Matthew Lewis (an English film, television and stage actor, best known for playing Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter films) officially opened the school along with the children, saying “Abracadabra”. After declaring the campus open he stayed on to sign books and socialise with staff and children from the school.
Neil Clephan thanked Premier Interlink’s David Harris (Divisional Director) and Ian Astley (Key Client Manager) and all of Premier Interlink’s staff and site managers involved in the project for helping the School to achieve its goal of becoming one of the Region’s first all through schools. “The combination of modular buildings linked by the traditionally built sports hall has provided a wonderful facility for the school’s primary age pupils”, he said and continued “Premier Interlink have been there all the way and supported us throughout the project. The staff and pupils at the school can now enjoy the success of the project and enjoy the lovely light classrooms and outdoor space - providing a safe place for children to learn in a fun environment.”
