Structural Warranty
Our 60-year structural warranty runs concurrent with and is in addition to a 6-year product warranty.  The structural warranty covers the structural, load-bearing elements of our buildings. This reassures you that, in the unlikely event of a structural failure, we will repair or replace the necessary elements of the roof, floors, columns and walls – at no extra cost to yourself.

In addition to the structural warranty, we offer a Corus Confidex external wall warranty up to 40 years. 

Product Warranty
6-year product warranty – this relates to the external fabric of the building which covers the steel structure, roof panels, floor and wall panels, including the external windows and doors.

The materials and construction of our product have been carefully selected to ensure compliance within the spirit of the DDA requirements and the design standards of BS8300. Particular attention has been paid to the colour selection of fitments and finishes to ensure colour differential. Door sizes and corridors are sized to allow free and easy access into and through the building.

Premier Interlink’s buildings are designed and constructed to meet all relevant building regulations. However, should a fault occur in the fabric of the building, during this warranty period, we will carry out all necessary repairs or replacement allowing you to continue to enjoy your building – at no extra cost to you.

Our systems provide an envelope that is insulated far in excess of the requirements of Approved Document L2A of the current Building Regulations and is detailed to ensure that we have continuity of insulation and the system is as air tight as possible. In recent tests we have had readings as low as 2.5M3/h/M2. All this means running costs are kept to an absolute minimum and with careful selection of lighting, heating and control systems CO2 emissions are reduced.

The 'U' value of the walls, floors and roof also exceeds building regulations.

We work very closely with our key suppliers in developing our systems and undergo much testing and assessment to ensure all claims made in the performance of our systems are substantiated by third parties.

We hold and operate an ISO 9001:2000 (FM 11264) system of Quality Assurance.  We ensure quality of the product by consistency of supply and through detailing and mapping of our production processes. 

We hold and operate an ISO 14001:2004 (EMS 511324) accreditation, the international standard for Environmental Management Systems.

In January 2008, Premier Interlink received full accreditation from Achilles on behalf of Bovis Lend Lease and became one of the first contractors to receive the Building Confidence accreditation.  the Achilles programme is designed to ensure the supply chain conforms with best practices in safety, environmental, sustainability, quality, occupational health and financial areas.

In March 2008, the PremierPlus product received LABC (Local Authority Building Control) systems type approval, which confirms the building is fully compliant with all relevant building regulations for fire, thermal, structural and acoustic performance and further verifies the performance of our buildings.

The building cladding system has been independently tested and approved by the Loss Prevention Council (LPC), demonstrating that it meets fire performance required for current building regulations.

Working together with clients we can increase BREEAM ratings.

Design Life
Premier Interlinks buildings have a design life which exceeds 100 years – comparable with a traditional build.  They comply with all current building regulations and where applicable, can be provided with a Zurich Warranty.
