• Off-site construction significantly speeds up the time of a new building from order to completion. 
• Our robust, steel-framed, permanent buildings are manufactured off-site.  Internal fixtures - doors, walls, plumbing & electrics, furniture, decoration, etc are fitted off-site, whilst the construction site is being prepared.
•  The buildings are delivered to site for 75 – 90% complete. Depending on the size of the building, construction and fitting out on site can take between 4 and 20 weeks,  causing minimum disruption to site, and saving time. 
• It offers the peace if mind of knowing and managing costs and timescales for your new building.
