In 2009, Premier Interlink have developed the PremierPC - police holiding cells, in line with Home Office Guidelines. This is a permanent police cell, with a concrete floor option, and is an ideal solution to police cell capacity constraints, offering limited site disruption, speed of build and surety of quality and cost. .
In 2008, Premier Interlink developed the PremierCell- a permanent modular secure prison building, capable of being configured into multi-storey prison house blocks.
PremierCell prison modules have received Ministry of Justice approval for use of the PremierCell in Category B and C regimes, making it ideal for use as permanent custodial facilities as part of the Government's programme to increase prison capacity. The PremierCell modules have a design life of over 100 years and are manufactured and fitted out off-site, which greatly reduces the time from build to completion and occupation.
In order to further reduce time on site, the PremierCell includes a unique (patented) first floor walkway system which is manufactured and fitted to units off-site. In addition, we have developed a unique (patented) modular roof structure which greatly speeds up the completion of the building.
As well as the PremierCell prison cells, our PremierPlus buildings are ideal for use as non-custodial ancillary buildings in a secure environment, with layouts to suit your own requirements.
