Modular construction is a two phase process that allows on and off-site construction simultaneously. The building is being constructed off-site while all necessary on-site works take place. This offers our clients both cost and time savings.
Taking advantage of off-site manufacturing where all trades play their part at the correct and precise intervals keep the project on track and to budget. It also helps to eliminate delays caused by site congestion or adverse weather conditions, and increases the control of health and safety.
Our PremierPlus and Interlink units are manufactured using an engineered steel substructure, making them extremely strong and robust and even gives us the ability to stack our modules up to a height of five storeys high, meaning the vast majority of requirements can be accommodated on virtually any footprint from the initial design to installation. The steel structure of the units gives them an exceptionally long lifespan.
